From the 1st April 2019, we are operating a request for service policy on all EcoVolt products. We are no longer supporting technical issues over the phone. If you have a technical issue with an EcoVolt product you need to complete a service request form. A member of staff will be in contact with you within 4 hours during normal business hours.
