EVAIR F50

5kW Exhaust Air Heat Pump

Why choose EVAir F50?

The EVAir F50 represents the next evolution of mixed-airflow exhaust air heat pump technology, combining greater capacity, enhanced performance, and advanced system intelligence in one integrated solution. Designed for high-performance apartments and multi-unit residential developments, it delivers space heating, domestic hot water and continuous mechanical extract ventilation from a single compact unit.

Providing up to 5 kW of heating capacity with COP values reaching 5.0, the F50 achieves high seasonal efficiency while maintaining full Part F ventilation compliance. EC variable-speed fans and intelligent airflow management allow operation across multiple airflow rates without over-ventilation, discomfort or unnecessary heat loss — a critical requirement in apartment design.

Its defining innovation is operational flexibility. The F50 can function as a mixed-airflow heat pump, a dedicated exhaust air heat pump, or an indoor or balcony-mounted air source heat pump. This multi-mode capability allows developers to overcome façade restrictions, balcony safety concerns and plant space limitations that commonly restrict conventional heat pump installations.
Using low-GWP R290 refrigerant and achieving ErP A++ classification, the system supports Ireland’s low-carbon transition. The inverter compressor and advanced control system ensure stable seasonal performance without reliance on electric resistance backup in compliant new builds.

By integrating heating, hot water and ventilation into one apartment-optimised platform, the EVAir F50 reduces plant space, simplifies specification and sets a new benchmark in compact residential heat pump innovation.
